With years of hands-on experience leading restoration operations, Kori works with owners and leaders who are ready to move past reactive fire-fighting and build teams that run with clarity, accountability, and trust. Her approach is direct, practical, and rooted in what actually works on the ground — not just in theory.
Today, she splits her time between coaching leaders one-on-one and continuing to coach and develop her own team as a Partner and Executive in the restoration industry—the industry where it all began.
